Boys day out.

The boys day out was on in Christchurch this past weekend. None of went and instead had our own equally gay boys day out boat ride to Diamond Harbour. Although the ferry only took 10mins and we had nothing to do once we got there, it was pretty sweet to chill out and have a ice cream to soothe the hangover from Toms 21st bus trip.

Ozzy trip.

So in the summer of 2008 Robbie, Sam and I made the trip over to Oz for a riding holiday and to meet up with the guys from Stowaway and United.

We flew into Melbourne and stayed with G.C. Phil from Strickly Bmx. We spent most of the time riding street and parks and occasionally drinking way too much.

After Melbourne we got a tiny rental car and only just managed to fit our stuff in. When Robbie and Sam picked up the car they thought the extra $50 for insurance is a waste of money........ After hitting a kangaroo and slamming the boot on our bikes trying to fit everything in Robbie discovered a $3500 bill on his credit card. ALWAYS GET INSURANCE!

After picking up the car we drove from Melbourne to Adelaide. 10hrs in 40+ degree heat was not so fun.

Westcoast pics

On the weekend as part of my biodiversity paper at uni, we traveled to Lake Brunner and the West Coast. Instead of focusing on the plants and insects i used the opportunity to take a crap load of pictures. Here are some of my favourates.

Figured i would start a blog so i would have a place to share photos i have been taking, share any bmx news happening around Christchurch and basically create a place for my friends to call me out and generally talk shit.

Any one who knows me knows i spend most of my life behind my pc so i should manage to do regular updates.
